Burn The Fat Review
In this section of the website I will be reviewing some of the best selling Fitness books, and trying them out to see which really is the best buy. My first review and current favourite is “Burn The Fat” by Tom Venuto. Tom is a natural bodybuilder, iron man competitor, fitness club owner, success and motivation coach and writer.
When I first saw this book I was put off of buying it because whilst I wanted to improve my fitness and lose some weight but I didn’t want to end up with huge muscles. However Tom explains that his book is for everyone whether you need to lose a few pounds, compete in a fitness competition or just look good in a swimsuit.
Burn the Fat is a huge 337-page ebook, which explains the true secrets to losing weight and keeping it off permanently. Tom explains that most diet books tell you about losing weight but it is actually fat that you need to lose. Why with most diets you end up slowing your metabolism down rather than speeding it up.
Tom discusses why most conventional diets fail and what you can do to ensure that the weight you lose will stay off. He teaches you the correct method of meal timings that will increase the rate that you burn calories. Which foods will increase your energy levels and which foods you should never eat.
Burn the Fat is not just about foods and dieting. An interesting section of the book tells you all you ever wanted to know about keeping fit and about bodybuilding. There are four weight training programs that you can start to use immediately and a cardio routine that makes you feel slimmer every time you use it.
There is an important section on goal setting and motivation that helps you to follow the system and prevents you from sabotaging your weight loss and exercise program. It teaches you a secret system to train your mind so that you don’t need willpower anymore.
I think that Burn the fat is an excellent publication, one that can help anyone to get fit and to lose weight. It is not a quick fix or magic do nothing lose weight now type book but a sensible plan that will help you to lose a steady one to two pounds per week until you reach your target weight.
The e-book comes with bonus reports on foods that burn fat and foods that turn to fat. Once you have these you can alter your diet to include more of the good fat burning foods and less of the bad foods that will make you put on or store more fat.
I thoroughly recommend Burn The Fat by Tom Venuto as he shares with you the real secrets to obtaining a slim fit body. Everyone should have a copy on his or her computer.
